Noya Hoffman

Noya Hoffman is a qualified counsellor (MBACP) and member of the Bridges Therapy Centre team which provides services in Hendon and Canary Wharf. Noya mainly works with clients who are struggling with depression, anxiety, and stress. Familiar with working with individuals from a range of different backgrounds, offering a short-term and focussed therapy. Noya holds a PGDip in CBT and puts an emphasis on developing a non-judgemental and encouraging space in order to support and empower her clients. 

Experience

For the past two years Noya has been providing CBT in an IAPT Talking Therapies service, where she employs evidence-based measures and clinical outcome measures. Moreover, Noya works predominantly with adolescents and young adults as a counsellor at a college.  Since graduating, Noya has developed a practice centered around the individual and is adept at tailoring treatment plans to the client’s needs and requirements in a variety of professional settings.

Interesting Facts

Noya chose this career path due to recognising from a young age her ability to observe and communicate with people in a non-judgemental and compassionate manner. In secondary school she volunteered at a youth helpline. 

Art and music have always been a big part of her life. Since a young girl, she was surrounded by her father’s photography and the sound of jazz. Noya developed an interest in graphic design during her compulsory service in the Israeli Defence Force, where she worked for their weekly magazine.
