A genuine curiosity about human behaviour and a desire to empower individuals to lead more fulfilling lives led Anne to pursue a career in counselling. Within her sessions, she utilises Psychodynamic therapy, which focuses on understanding the unconscious mind and its influence on our thoughts, feelings, and behaviours. Anne also integrates mindfulness and self-compassion techniques to cultivate greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.
