Welcome to Bridges Therapy Centre. Our team of psychotherapists and counsellors in North West London are based in Hendon, Canary Wharf and Harley street and can help you to overcome problems and challenges with our extensive range of therapeutic services. Our team offer private talking therapy which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and counselling to adults, adolescents and children in a non-judgemental environment. At our therapy is based in Hendon NW4 and Canary Wharf E14 clinics we provide individualized psychological assessment and treatment to children, adolescents and adults for a variety of problems, including anxiety, depression, stress-related (psychosomatic) symptoms, chronic illnesses, pain related issues, OCD, trauma, low self-esteem, parenting issues, ADHD, sports psychology issues, life transitions, loss and bereavement and more.   We offer both English and Hebrew Counselling and therapy services in Hendon and Canary Wharf.
